Vorrangiges Ziel ist die Entwicklung eines multimedialen Hilfewerkzeugs für das Software-System Daffodil, der Erstellung der einzelnen Hilfeinhalte einschliesslich einer kurzen "Guided Tour" durch das System und die Evaluation der Hilfen. Treffen: Mi, 14-16 (ab dem 9.11.)
